Methods of Payment
UK Customers: Payment can be made by PayPal, BACS or Cheque in pounds sterling (£)
Non-UK Customers: Payment can be made by PayPal in pounds sterling (£)
Delivery charges for physical products are scaled and calculated automatically at checkout. If you would like to place a large order or have a delivery address outside the UK then please contact us for a more accurate delivery quote.
Delivery estimates may be affected by UK school holidays so if you have an urgent order please contact us before ordering to avoid disappointment.
Physical Products: When products are in stock we aim to deliver to the UK within 3 working days.
Digital Products: Digital products will be delivered via email attachment to the email provided on your order. We aim to deliver within 3 working days.
Processing of orders
All orders will be acknowledged. You will be notified if any part of your order is out of stock. In that event, we will provide an estimated dispatch date and you will have the option to cancel your order and find an alternative supplier.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations for orders of Physical Products
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If your order has not been dispatched then you will receive a full refund within 30 days. Any items already dispatched will be treated as a return.
Please note that you MUST notify us within seven days of receiving your goods and obtain a Refund Reference Number before returning any goods. Refunds will not be processed without a Refund Reference Number.
Goods should be returned in good condition and carefully packaged within 7 days of receiving the Refund Reference Number.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
Orders sent within the UK
If you return an item because you have changed your mind then we will refund the cost of the item.
If you return an item because of an error on our part then you will receive a full refund.
Orders sent outside the UK
Please note that it is not possible to give refunds for goods sent outside the UK. If you have a problem with your order please contact us.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If your order has not been dispatched then you will receive a full refund within 30 days. No refunds are available for products already dispatched.
DoReMi Piano does not disclose customers’ information to third parties. DoReMi Piano may contact you about products, services and articles that may interest you. If you do not wish to be included then please let us know and we will gladly remove you from our list.
DoReMi Piano reserves the right to make changes to our website, our policies and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
